Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
